This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge to reopen the case in S.C.No.73 of 2011 and to examine the list witnesses No.6 and 7 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Admittedly, the petitioner has remedy before the trial Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretion. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the trial Court.
