This petition has been filed, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register an F.I.R based on the petitioner's compliant, dated 25.04.2016 and investigate the same, under the supervision of the 1st respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent Police has not received any complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.04.2016 so far.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the second respondent shall take action as per law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
