To call for the records and Set Aside the conviction imposed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Virudhuangar in Crl.A.No. 45 of 2019 by the Judgement Dated. 16.11.2022 by confirming the conviction and modifying the sentence imposed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Virudhunagar in C.C.No.189 of 2014 by the judgement dated 02.11.2019.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16247/2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.1278/2022, dated 22.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
