O R D E R

In continuation of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 17052 of 2018 dated 01.08.2018, the resubmitted proposal of the petitioner school was considered and rejected by the Chief Educational Officer, through his proceedings, dated 17.11.2021. As such, the disobedience alleged in the contempt petition cannot be termed as willful in nature. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of rejection and intends to challenge the same, liberty is hereby granted to him to workout their remedies in accordance with law.
