Seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.594 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent at once, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that if four months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
