Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Store Supervisor on regular basis in terms of the proceedings of the first respondent made in Letter No.053064/566/G.34/G.341/2019-3, dated 11.02.2020. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner as Store Supervisor on regular basis in terms of the proceedings of the first respondent made in Letter No.053064/566/G.34/G.341/2019-3, dated 11.02.2020.

2. The case of the petitioner is that though he was promoted as Store Supervisor vide proceedings of the first respondent, dated 11.02.2020 and subsequently, placement order was also issued on 14.02.2020, till date, the same was not implemented. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 2/5

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to implement the order, dated 11.02.2020.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to implement the order, dated 11.02.2020, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.12.2022 pm Index:Yes/No 3/5
