Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAVI SANKAR.G, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to comply the order dated 30.01.2024 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1005 of 2024 by this Court. 1/3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since the petitioners could not execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 30.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1005 of 2024.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 30.01.2024 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
