The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.24 of 2023 dated 14.01.2023 on the file of the second Respondent. 2.It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner's son had completed diploma in Mechanical Engineering and was working in the Bajaj Motor Service Company in Melur, within the jurisdiction of the fourth Respondent. While so, the Petitioner's son was working in the water service unit of the said Company, he was electrocuted and fainted. When he was taken to Melur Government Hospital, he died before reaching the Hospital. Hence, the Petitioner preferred a complaint with the fourth Respondent, based on which FIR was registered in Crime No.24 of 2023 dated 14.01.2023 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Since it is pending on the file of the Respondent Police, the Petitioner approached this Court seeking direction against the Respondent Police to file final report in Crime No.24 of 2023.
