This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Court cum Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai in S.T.C.No.60 of 2013 as against George Solomon, S/o M.Selvaraj.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that endeavour would be made to execute Non-Bailable Warrant.
4. Considering the same, the respondents will have to endeavour to execute Non-Bailable Warrant preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
