ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to the case in P.R.C.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3. The petitioners are arrayed as an accused in Crime No.219 of 2013 for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3(i) of TNPPDL Act and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.4 of 2014 and seeking to quash the said proceedings, the present petition has been filed.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, a joint memo of compromise has been filed by both parties and it is also signed by both the parties and counsels, in which, it is stated that there is no necessary to proceed further in future. The said joint memo of compromise is taken on record.

5. In view of the said compromise memo, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served by proceedings further in this matter.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in P.R.C.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi is quashed.
