This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 3rd respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.03.2016 against the proposed accused and take necessary action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the proposed accused, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed on 23.06.2016 on the ground that the matter is civil in nature.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

The 3rd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given.
