2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that GPF and Gratuity due to the petitioner have been settled and the leave encashment and other benefits are yet to be settled.

3. In such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Authority concerned for settlement of leave encashment and other benefits and the Authority concerned is bound to look into the service record of the petitioner and settle the benefits due to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
