This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records pertaining to the case in M.C.No.46 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek to make submission on merit stating that the factual averment made are not correct. This cannot be objected in the quash petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai to dispose of M.C.No.46 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
