Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148,341 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.65 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused person committed murder of the deceased.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that on the date of occurrence, he went to his native for temple festival and at that time his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused committed murder of the deceased and the investigation of the case is pending. He further submitted that coaccused are still in custody and prayed for dismissal of this petition.

5. Considering the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and that the co-accused are still in judicial custody, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
