ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent not to register any sale deed, mortgage deed and any document pertaining to the petitioner's properties in T.S.No.62/3, 62/4 situated at Meenakshipuram, Tirunelveli Junction. 2.Heard Mr.P.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner has raised an objection to the respondent not to register the property in T.S.No. 62/3, 62/4 situated at Meenakshipuram, Tirunelveli Junction. In this regard, he has given a representation on 20.05.2019 to the respondent and if the said representation is directed to be considered on merits and an order to that effect would be passed, the petitioner would be satisfied. 4.I have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who would submit that, the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and orders would be passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
thereon, on merits, within a time frame.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, with the consent of both the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, at the admission stage itself, with the following direction:
"The respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
