ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd Page no.1/4

respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, there are some dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of conducting marriage, thereby misunderstanding between them. Due to the said reason, the 3rd respondent lodged a false complaint as against the petitioner before the 2nd respondent and taking advantage of the same, the 2nd respondent have harassed the petitioner by frequently calling him. Already the petitioner has also appeared in person on 17.02.2025, but the 2nd respondent have forced him to live with the 3rd respondent. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, they conducted an enquiry and thereafter, the matter was closed as both the parties entered into compromise and willing for marriage and that is why the complaint was closed. The 2nd respondent police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petitioner.

to harass the petitioner, the 2nd respondent also stated that they have not harassed the petitioner and only they called upon for enquiry on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, recording the above said submissions of the 2nd respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 27.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes mac Page no.3/4
