ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.560 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, on the file of the first respondent .

2. Today (15.12.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the investigation completed and final report has been filed before the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Nager koil. The same was taken on file in S.C.No.143 of 2022 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. At this Stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the final report filed in S.C.No.143 of 2022, before the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Nager koil.

4. By taking note of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
