ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Management has given assurance to consider the petitioner for promotion. In view of the assurance given by the Management, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
