ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.129 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and hence, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute the petitioners are alleged to have damaged the vehicle of the de facto complainant and abused him in filthy language.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation of this case in pending.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the
learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur and each of them shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.129 of 2015 before the above said Magistrate and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
