O R D E R

This petition is for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 01.11.2016 and to proceed with the same in accordance with law. 2.The petitioner states that he has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and that the same has not been registered so far. The petitioner states that he handed over the nose-studs worth about Rs.1,50,000/-, when the proposed accused approached the petitioner. Since the individual against whom he has given complaint refused to pay money which he had promised earlier and that he denied his liability, the petitioner states that the proposed accused has committed a crime. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was closed as mistake of fact after conducting petition enquiry.

4.Recording the said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this Court, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, does not find any merit or reason to pass any different order than to close this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
