O R D E R

The petitioner has applied for the post of Coach in Taekwondo, as per the notification No.544573/HR1A/2025, dated 05.01.2026 of the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu. He has also completed the process of certificate verification and he is the eligible person to be selected. The petitioner, with a grievance that some ineligible persons have been selected for the above post, has approached this Court.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that this petitioner has filed this writ petition 2/5

under misconception. In fact, the petitioner has been selected for the post of Coach in Taekwondo.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has been selected as Taekwondo Coach, this writ petition is closed as the petitioner's apprehension is unwarranted. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
