ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to issue Pension Order to him, by considering his representation dated 10.06.2019, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.06.2019 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
