Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to register a case for the alleged offences punishable under the Prevention of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and other I.P.C offences on the basis of the petitioner's complaint given to the second respondent, dated 15.04.2015. ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 15.04.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that on the complaint given by the uncle of the detenue by name Swathi, a case has been registered in Crime No.104 of 2015 and the detenue has also given statement on 18.03.2015 to the effect that she went on her own will and volition and she has also raised some allegation against her mother, the petitioner herein.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the case and in which the complaint given by the petitioner can also be looked into.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
