This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner, dated 15.04.2015 in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that earlier complaint given by the petitioner containing very same allegation has been disposed of.
