This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Adal Padal, a cultural program on 13.07.2019 night as part of the Valliyoor Arulmigu Yadhavar Sree Irulappaswamy temple "Kodai" festival and to provide adequate police protection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2019 before the second respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 13.07.2019 in
the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 22.06.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
