This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.130 of 2015 and to file charge sheet within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that investigation is pending in this case.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
