O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the summon issued by the second respondent under Section 160 and 91 of Cr.P.C, dated 20.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that petition enquiry is pending in this matter and on that pretext only the petitioner was called for enquiry and there is no harassment to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
