ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to alter the F.I.R in respect of Crime No.12 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and file a final report within a stipulated time.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Court and the same is yet to be taken on file.
3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
