O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and also peaceful living in her property in Survey No.1573 in the Puthiya Kalipalayam, Puliyur Village, Karur District based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that such complaint has not been received from the petitioner, as it was said to be only to the Superintendent of Police and not to the second respondent. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 04.05.2015 and present the complaint to the second respondent.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
