ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is the case of the petitioners that the third respondent made a false complaint against the petitioners to the second respondent and that on the basis of the said false complaint, the petitioners are being harassed by the second respondent. It is the further case of the petitioners that the complaint lodged by the third respondent does not disclose any cognizable offence so as to make any enquiry and to harass the petitioners.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that no petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioners and no enquiry is contemplated as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners. He further submitted that there will not be any harassment, even if the second respondent receive any complaint as against the petitioners.

5. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
