ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.66 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police and subsequently quash the same as devoid of merits and illegal forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, in C.C.No.48 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
