COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) of I.P.C., in Crime No.57 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has filed two applications for anticipatory bail through two Advocates for the very same crime number.
