2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that petition enquiry is pending in this matter and on that pretext only, the petitioners were called for enquiry and there is no harassment to the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
