ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2014, under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code, to the respondents and thereby, requested the respondents for removal of public nuisance in the purchasing road to the property belonging to the petitioner. Even, after receipt of the same the respondents did not take any steps to remove the public nuisance.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court deem it fit to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of his representation dated 03.03.2014 and as per Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code, for removal of public nuisance within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
