ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents herein to register the complaint given by the petitioners, dated 26.06.2014 and take necessary action within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no petition is received by the second respondent police. 4.Considering the said submission, the petitioners are directed to appear before the second respondent on 11.05.2015 along with a copy of the complaint, dated 26.06.2014 and the second respondent shall proceed with the same and complete the enquiry, within four weeks thereafter.
