ORDER
The petitioner is figuring as accused in Crime No.2 of 2019, registered on the file of the District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram. He was granted on bail by the Court below subject to this condition that he should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
2.The petitioner is a resident of Chennai. He had appeared before the respondent police for a period of four days. It is not in dispute that he had also appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti for a period of thirty days.
3.Since the continued compliance of the condition will impose hardship to the petitioner, I am inclined to show https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P(MD).No.4366 of 2020 indulgence. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.
4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed on these terms.
