ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his daughter and his grand children and set them at liberty. 2.This petition is filed by the father of the detenu. The detenu along with her children is said to be living with the third respondent and they are not in illegal custody. We do not find any merit in this petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
