..Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.2 as per the guidelines issued by the Honble Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 in accordance with law and on the basis of the petitioners complaint in CSR receipt No.71/2022 dated 21.02.2022 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the second respondent as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 in accordance with law and on the basis of the petitioners complaint in CSR receipt No.71/2022 dated 21.02.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents on 21.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.4812 of 2022 parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
