ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is shown as sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.03.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 302 IPC in Crime No.1043 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The petitioner is facing trial in S.C.No. 111 of 2017 on the file of the VI Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai District.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was absent in court, which lead to issuance of Non Bailable Warrant and he was arrested and remaned to custody and he is in jail since 09.03.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m and he will not apply for relaxation till conclusion of the trial.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Recording the undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioner, bail is granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the
petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.
(ii)the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m till trial is over. (iii)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560]. sd/- 13/04/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
