PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No. 126 of 2010 on the file of the first Respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.126 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 126 of 2010 and also filed final report before the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Trichy on 17.03.2021, but not yet taken on file.
