This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime no.164 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police and Quash the same as against the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, by way of e-filing in C.C.No.LTN20230001763 C202500917, dated 19.12.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4
