PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.18 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.18 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent would file charge sheet within a period of four months. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2014 and file a final report on or before 31.08.2015. 5.With the above direction, the petition is disposed of.
