This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents not to transfer the F.I.R in Crime No.24 of 2014 from the file of the third respondent to Namakkal District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.
3. This Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed as infructuous in the light of the communication of the Commissioner of Police, Tiruchirappalli City to the Additional Director General of Police, Law & Order, Chennai, in C.No.C2/31071/TRC/2014, dated 04.12.2014 seeking sanction to transfer the case in Crime No.24 of 2014 to Nammakal District as all the transactions occurred in Repco Bank, Namakkal.
