ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SARANGAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and MR.V.J.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for R1 in all the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard.

These petitions have been filed by the claimants in the respective cases seeking permission of this Court to withdraw admitted liability of Rs.2 lakhs with accrued interest and costs, as apportioned by the Tribunal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company has raised no objection in permitting the claimants to withdraw the admitted liability of Rs.2 lakhs with accrued interest and costs.

3. In view of the above, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
