Nos.2432 and 2434 of 2021:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions filed under section 482 of Criminal procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to extend the time to comply with the orders of this Honourable Court dated 17/12/2020 made in H.C.P.(MD)Nos.531 and 615 of 2020. Prayer in Habeas Corpus Petition(MD) No.531 of 2020 : Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to callling for the records relating toimpugned order of the detention dated 19/07/2020 in P.D.No.21/2020 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to set forth the detenue Mr.T.Prabhakaran, S/o.Thamilarasan, aged about 28 years, now confined in central 1/3

prison, Trichirappalli set at him at liberty. Prayer in Habeas Corpus Petition(MD) No.615 of 2020 : Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased To issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS or any other appropriate order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order of the detention dated 19.07.2020 in PD.No. 20/2020 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to set forth the detenue Mr.C.Thamilarasan, S/o.Chandrasekaran, aged about 66 years, now confined in central prison, Trichirappalli set at him at liberty.

ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Ravi, Standing Counsel For the State On Behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

None appear for the petitioners. Even when the petitioners are listed on 29.03.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

Hence, both these petitions are dismissed.
