JUDGMENT
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 09.11.2021 passed in E.P.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No. 386 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai.
2. A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that the entire amount has been paid by the petitioner and the same was also received by the respondent. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said memo, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
