ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.9792 of 2022, dated 07.03.2023 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

2. Mr.G.Karuppasamypandiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner 1/3

submits that due to non-arrangement of sureties, he was not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 18.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9792 of 2022, dated 07.03.2023.
