This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.16 of 2014 and to file the final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
