CRL MP(MD). No.4704 of 2026 S.SRIMATHY,J PJL ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners for depositing the remaining instalments pursuant to the order dt. 16.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 22479 of 2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the balance amount shall be paid within a period of six months in three equal instalments, ie., 1st instalment on or before 28.04.2026, 2nd instalment on or before 29.06.2026 and the 3rd instalment on or before 28.08.2026 without fail. In any default in payment, anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall be automatically vacated.
