ORDER

It is a petition seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are appearing before the respondent police only on summons. However, on appearance, the respondent police directed the petitioner to register the property standing in their name in favour of the 5th respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police and the respondents will not ask the petitioner to get the document registered in favour of the 5th respondent. There is also an undertaking by the respondent police that the petitioners will be called for enquiry only on issuance of summons, specifying the date, time and place.

5. Recording the undertaking given by the respondent police, this petition is closed.
